What is an HACCP application?
This tool replaces paper forms during the inspection process. It guides the operator, records the value, date, and name of the person performing the inspection, and immediately alerts the operator if a threshold is exceeded. It does not replace your " Standard Operational Procedures ": it makes it applicable step by step.
What does she do on a daily basis?
Temperature logs, inspections upon receipt, product traceability and secondary expiration dates, zone-specific cleaning schedules, frying oils, control samples, and equipment checks. Each location sees only the tasks that apply to it, at the scheduled frequency.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Data entry continues offline and syncs when network connectivity is restored, which is important in cold storage, in a warehouse, or at a location with poor network coverage. This is something you should always check: not all apps on the market offer this feature.
Should we train the teams?

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED?
All you need is a tablet or smartphone. The app also works with connected temperature sensors, label printers, and barcode scanners, and remains compatible with the equipment you're already using.
WHO CAN SEE THE DATA THAT HAS BEEN ENTERED?
The site manager sees their facility, while headquarters sees the entire network. Data is reported in real time, without the need for exporting or re-entering, and cannot be modified afterward.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A " non-compliance "?
The application flags the issue as it is entered and suggests the corrective action specified in your procedures. The deviation is logged, assigned, and tracked until it is closed—something a paper file cannot do.
