This FAQ concerns the Premium and Smart offers.
As the application is customized for each client based on their SOP, training is always specific. It can even be specific to each brand or each location if a client has really different processes from one brand or location to another. Training is usually 2-hour long (1.5 hours on the app and 30 minutes on the web portal), with a maximum of 10 participants otherwise it gets too busy, noisy and messy.
Yes, we have a list of devices that can be connected, wirelessly, to the application: food probes & thermometers, automatic temperature sensors, label printers, etc. We will share with you our IoT catalogue and, as our solution is open, we will be happy to connect any type of device.
Yes, the application works offline. You can record everything without a connection. Then, as soon as the device regains an internet signal, the application will automatically synchronise and the data will be available on theManager web portal (web portal).
Eezytrace can be linked to an IoT platform to automatically monitor data and/or link the mobile application directly to on-site devices (sensors, etc.). Examples are already used in the food industry (MyDevices.com, JRI temperature sensors...)
Eezytrace works on Android. For some types of sites, like restaurants, it is possible to share the device used for other applications (Uber, Deliveroo...). We can use your devices if you have a preferred model, or provide devices. If you decide to buy tablets yourself, the installation can be done by your IT department or you can send us the tablets.
The subscription is invoiced annually in arrears by direct debit or bank transfer.
The Premium and Smart offers operate with a 36-month commitment.
On request, we can make changes to your self-checks for all your sites, for all your chosen modules.
We can add new languages within 15 days. The solution is already available in the following languages: Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.
Two types of maintenance are applied: corrective maintenance and evolutionary maintenance.
EEWORX manages the storage and security of data via Google Cloud Platform in their Data Center in Belgium.
Level 1 assistance is in French and English. It is possible, on request, to have it in your local language.
