2026 National Conference of the " nursing home ": Food security in the " nursing home," without overburdening the teams

On September 15 and 16, 2026, Eezytrace attended the National Conference on Senior Care Facilities ( nursing home) at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris. Over the course of two days, we engaged in discussions with facility directors and managers of senior care groups, centered on a simple observation: staff already have too much on their plates, and food safety should not add to their workload.
