Critical time/temperature pairs are integrated into the application. It automatically calculates the maximum times allowed according to HACCP rules:

- From 63°C to 10°C in less than 2 hours for rapid cooling,
- From +10°C to +63°C in less than 1 hour for rethermalization.

If these times are exceeded, an alert is displayed, suggesting appropriate corrective measures. An audible alert and a pop-in notification warn you not to miss the end of these time-limited operations, enabling you to react quickly.
